Ok, so the Internet, especially the Gram (Instagram) is filled with challenges, some for a good cause, like the ALS ice bucket challenge and some are silly and dangerous, like the lip challenge. It makes you wonder if these challenges are worth it.

Enter the #TogetherWeSmile IG photo and video challenge. Yup! definitely worth it. Black Girls Smile, Inc. is working with ALL communities to support good mental health. They created the #TogetherWeSmile IG #SmileChallenge to increase awareness and bring smiles to everyone's day. I'm doing it on @curvygirl_chronicles.
