Ok, y'all know how I like to talk, I mean you've read some of some of my super long blog posts before, right? So you know I had to say just a bit more about this Plus Size, Super Powered, Body Positive video! So, For the Love of Curves! I'll try to keep it short, because I know you just want to hurry up and press play on that video again.

1. This is the promo video for the 2016 Curves Rock Fashion Weekend.

In case you are wondering where all this curvaceous, voluptuous, POWERFUL , goodness comes from. The promo video for the 2016 Curves Rock Fashion Weekend is the brainchild of sisters Tykesha Reed and Chanell Jones, 2016 will be their 5th show. I'm at Curves Rock every year, I've walked in every show since its inception; NOW you know where you need to be too.

2. It was shot in Baltimore at Old Town Mall, it's a curvy take on Beyoncé's Super Power video.

I reiterate what I said in my Beyoncé is a Feminist post. Look how her music is inspiring women of all shapes and ethnicities to embrace their own power.

3. Curves Rock Fashion Weekend will be held July 28 - 31, 2016.

Put this in your phone, your Google Calendar, block off the dates!

4. The models in the video are wearing designs from Rebdolls and Real Divas are Large.

And look closely, they're holding up signs that say Zero Body Shaming and Curves Rock. Oh and the video was directed by Brian Tru.

5. Models...Get ready. Casting for this show is around the corner.
